Padan muka.
ReplyDeleteYes, you will scream Parliamentary privileges when someone from Pakatan Harapan breaks the law but you will not tolerate something like that if someone from Barisan Nasional does it.
ReplyDeleteRafizi Ramli and Tony Pua reveal information that is protected by the OSA. That is breaking the law if someone else does it but not if Rafizi Ramli and Tony Pua do it because they are from Pakatan Harapan so they have Parliamentary privileges. And even if they do it outside Parliament and during a ceramah that is also okay, even if they are breaking the law, because they are doing it with good intentions. Hence you can break the law as long as it is with good intentions.
A certain Sultan whacked a caddy on the head and killed him but he had good intentions for doing that: he was tying to educate the caddy to become a better caddy. Hence it is not murder since it was with good intentions like what Rafizi Ramli and Tony Pua normally do.
ReplyDeleteMaria Chin may have broken the law but it was with good intentions. So she should not be arrested. Jamal Yunos, however, although he did the same thing as Maria, did not have good intentions. So he must be arrested. How do you differentiate between good intentions and bad intentions? Good intentions means you support Pakatan Harapan while bad intentions means you support Barisan Nasional.
