Photo: Salam king, I would like to get a feedback on some matters pertaining to our immigration laws which I am not so aware about. Last 18th of October my Vietnamese girlfriend came and visit me here in Malaysia. She was granted 1 months stay here but then she decided to extend her stay her by applying the single trip entry visa in Bangkok. So she exited Malaysia via bukit kayu hitam to Thailand legally. Upon success she entered Malaysia via. Bukit kayu hitam checkpoint and was granted entry by Malaysian immigrations dept for another 2 month's. So on the 9th Jan 2014 where as she was supposed to take the flight to Vietnam, she was stopped by the immigrations officer at klia and was denied departure on the grounds of fake visa...the funny thing is that this is the second time she was dying this visa and there was no problem but now suddenly issues suddenly arise. If the visa was a fake why did the bukit kayu hitam Malaysian immigrations granted her entry in the first place..after her absurd arrest all efforts by me to get in touch with the immigrations was a dead end. I meant no cooperation. I wad denied seeing her. And furthermore there are certain parties asking her to call me and arrange for $$$$$ to settle matters. I have made a police report on this. Please advise.
